My Story

Long story short, I've completed my Bachelor in Maritime Studies department of University of Piraeus and I was working in shipping companies in Athens and London from 2013 till 2022. In 2020 I felt I was about to experience burn out and risk my health from working long hours in a toxic environment.

I knew I was meant for more, so I resign and started my teacher training (200 hours). I was starting to teach online and private in person yoga classes but I was not earning enough to sustain myself. I felt that I had to ask for help and I decided to invest in a coaching program that changed my life and my yoga career.

Since then I was able to create 3 online yoga programs, 1 subscription and have online private clients both for coaching and yoga sessions. Apart form my online yoga business I was able to establish my own Boutique Yoga Studio and along with that I completed the second teacher training (300 hours). And then I realized something interesting. No matter the teacher trainings that you have done, no one teaches you in a bigger extend how to promote yourself, what offerings to have, how you will build you yoga career and your yoga business. Since starting teaching yoga, I still knew that I was meant for more than that, so what if I was meant to change that?

Now, I am determined to help you create a sustainable online yoga business by establishing your online presence and start having offerings that your students will love, while expressing your unique character and gifts that you have. We all deserve to make money doing what we love, but this is an industry with hundreds other yoga teachers trying to make an impact to the world.
